Brand Partnerships & Collaborations

I’m selective about who I work with – not because I don’t want to collaborate, but because I only want to put my name behind brands and campaigns that genuinely align with what I stand for: mental health, neurodiversity, ED&I, and building workplaces (and a world) where people can truly thrive.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.

Why partner with me

I’m a neurodivergent employment solicitor, founder of Thrive Law, author, campaigner and public speaker – and I bring an engaged, values-led audience who trust what I say because it comes from lived experience, not just professional expertise.

I’ve appeared on Sky News, BBC News, Channel 4, ITV, Radio 4 & 5, and in The Times, The Law Society Gazette and the Yorkshire Post, and I regularly speak at conferences, leadership events and awards ceremonies across the UK.

My community spans HR and legal professionals, business leaders, and individuals navigating neurodivergence, mental health and workplace culture first-hand – a genuinely engaged audience, not just a large one.

How we can work together

I partner with brands and organisations in a number of ways, including:

  • Campaign collaborations – bringing my voice and story to a wider campaign on workplace wellbeing, neurodiversity or ED&I
  • Sponsored content & social collaborations – authentic, values-aligned content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Brand ambassador partnerships – longer-term relationships with brands whose mission genuinely overlaps with mine
  • Product and service collaborations – where relevant to mental health, neurodiversity, workplace culture or the legal/HR world
  • Speaking-linked partnerships – brand involvement in conferences, panels or events where I’m speaking
  • Podcast & media collaborations – guest features, co-hosted content or brand-sponsored episodes

What I look for in a partnership

Whatever the format, the same principles apply. I look for brands that:

  • Genuinely align with mental health, neurodiversity, ED&I or workplace wellbeing – not just for a campaign moment, but as part of who they are
  • Are happy for me to bring my authentic voice, rather than a scripted one
  • Value lived experience and expertise equally
  • Want a real collaboration, not just a mention
