Training

Most workplace training doesn’t change anything.

People attend. They listen. They go back to work on Monday exactly the same.

That’s not what I do.

I’m Jodie Hill – employment solicitor, workplace culture expert and founder of Thrive Law.

My training is designed to create real shifts in thinking, behaviour and leadership.

What My Training Focuses On

  • Neurodiversity in the workplace
  • Mental health and wellbeing at work
  • Inclusive leadership and psychological safety
  • Employment law for managers and leaders
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I)
  • Difficult conversations and people management

How I Deliver Training

Every session is tailored, but formats include:

  • Leadership workshops
  • Manager training programmes
  • Keynote-style learning sessions
  • Lunch & learns
  • Team workshops
  • Multi-session programmes
  • Virtual or in-person delivery

Why It Works

Because I combine:

  • Legal expertise
  • Real workplace experience
  • Lived experience of burnout and neurodiversity
  • Practical, commercially realistic advice

No jargon. No lectures. No box-ticking.

Just practical learning people remember and use.

Who I Work With

I support organisations that want to:

  • Improve workplace culture
  • Support neurodivergent employees
  • Build confident leaders and managers
  • Reduce workplace conflict
  • Improve wellbeing and retention
  • Create psychologically safe teams

Build

On existing knowledge and encourage discussion.

Support

Learning and development aligned with individual needs and the needs of the wider team.

Cohesion

To bring together teams at all levels and create a psychologically safe space to discuss experience.

Align

Thinking and understanding in the workplace.

I can work with you to create a training strategy for your chosen platform, length of time, and whichever people you require to suit your needs. Everything is bespoke.

I can deliver a half-day session for line managers on absence management just as seamlessly as a half an hour session for employees on mental health awareness.
